From July 11th to 13th, 2023, SHIKUES, a leading strategic partner of global engineers, made a brilliant appearance at the 2023 Munich Shanghai Electronics Exhibition. The newly launched high-voltage and medium-voltage power MOSFET series products by SHIKUES received significant attention. These metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) have advantages such as high frequency, simple drive, and good breakdown resistance, making them mainstream switching devices in the low-to-medium-power application field. They are widely used in communication, consumer electronics, industrial control, computers and peripherals, power management, and other fields. Among them, low-voltage MOSFETs are mainly used in the consumer electronics sector, while medium-voltage and high-voltage MOSFETs are primarily used in industrial, communication, electric vehicle charging stations, and other fields.

In addition to the MOSFET series products, SHIKUES also showcased their Schottky diode series, including SK10U45MA and SK15U100AAPU. These diodes can be used for rectification purposes. Compared to regular silicon diodes, Schottky diodes have lower voltage tolerance (SHIKUES voltage specifications: 20-300V) but exhibit fast recovery speed and low forward voltage drop characteristics. Therefore, Schottky diodes are well-suited for applications that require fast switching action and high frequency. They are widely used in circuits such as inverters, switch-mode power supplies, drivers, and are suitable for consumer electronics, communication, home appliances, and other fields. In microwave communication circuits, Schottky diodes can be used as rectifying diodes and small-signal detection diodes.
